Pizza is thought to have evolved from early Egyptian flat bread. The word "pizza" can be translated as "pie". It defines a round savory tart made with a crisp yeast dough covered with tomato sauce, mozzarela cheese and other ingredients such as peppers, onions, Italian sausage, mushrooms, anchovies and pepperoni. We can have several kinds of ingredient's variations, for instance, sun-dried tomatoes, assorted vegetables, smoked salmon, goat cheese or wild mushrooms.
My favourite pizza's recipes: Salty Mozzarella cheese (enough to cover the whole crust) 1 cup shredded Italian sausage 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup mushrooms
Preheat oven to 220° degrees C° (425° degrees F). Lightly grease a pizza pan. Unroll dough and press into the prepared pizza pan. Bake crust for 7 minutes in the preheated oven or until it begins to turn golden. Remove it from oven. Spread some tomato juice over the partially baked crust. Place the mozzarella cheese all over it. Add the tomatoes, the onions, the Italian sausage and the mushrooms. Return the pizza to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Sweety
Mozzarela cheese (enough to cover the whole crust) 1 cup of sliced bananas sugar and cinnamon
Repeat all the steps mentionned above and then when the crust is partially baked, remove it from the oven and add the sliced bananas, then pour sugar and cinnamon! Return the pizza to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly!!
