I'm crazy about passion fruit!! So, I think I might share with you this nice recipe!
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk 1 can of whipping cream 1 glass of passion fruit juice (you can use the condensed milk can to measure it) 1 envelope of savorless powdered gellatin 3 whipped egg whites
Put all the liquid ingredients in a mixer, including the gellatin disolved in two table spoons of hot water and mix everything for about 5 minutes. Then add the egg whites gently. Take the mousse into the fridge until it becomes solid. Better prepare it the day before!
You can make this mousse changing the passion fruit juice for a goava one. It will be great as well!!
Some facts about this amazing fruit:
