Life's Maths is not simple... Each addition is also a subtraction. When we add another year to life we subtract one of the rest of our lives. We wait too much to do whatever we must do in a world which gives us just one day at a time with no garanties of a tomorrow. While we complain that our lives are too short, we behave as if we have at our disposal plenty of endless & available time. We wait too much to say the forgiveness words which we are supposed to say, to put aside whichever hard feelings we may have, to express our gratitude, to offer support and caring thoughts, to say our prayers, to show our love. We wait too long at the backstage before assuming the role that life requires from us. God is waiting for us to do whatever we are supposed to do! That's why we are here for. My friends, it's about time to live!! Rabbi Henry Sobel
