Honey? Yummie! I know very few people who don't like this nature's wonder... According to

the dictionary honey is a "sweet, sticky, yellowish susbstance made by bees from nectar". But honey is much more than these words can define!

Honey can be used to sweeten your coffee & tea. It can be added to many

cake recipes or just spread over your toast! That's the way I like it most! :o)

But honey  has also some medical indications. It's a natural medicine and it

works greatly when  we got the flu or  throat complications... Oh, still there

is more! Honey is also used in cosmetics! There are soaps, shampoos and lots

of other things made of honey!

I've just adopted David, this sweet little bear. He's now in charge of all the honey production! You can have your own honey bear by going to Erla's adoption center!

And Annie is helping him to organize the bee hive!

She's also very fond of the little and active bees!

These charming bear girls are a gift from Ann Lis! She has a beautiful gazebo at her web home and she is kindly offering this special gift to her visitors! Be sure to visit her gorgeous gazebo! Thanks  Ann LIs!

The girls will have a great time at the bee hive!

This is Sara, she was also adopted from Erla and she loves roses! She's here to share with David and Annie the daily routine of taking care of the busy bees! Oh, Sara is an excellent cook and she knows all the secrets of a very tasty rose's jam....

You can check the recipe below...

A special jam...

6 cups of rose's petals

1 table spoon of lemon's juice

1 table spoon of sugar

1 cup of water

Wash carefully each petal, put them in a ceramic pan and add the lemon's

juice and the water. Cook this mixture until it's boiling and then add the

sugar. Wait until a thick foam is formed. That's all and the jam is ready!
